At Lee General Contracting LLC, project cancellations and refunds are subject to the terms of the individual signed contract. Generally, initial deposits are non-refundable once site preparation or material procurement has commenced. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. We are committed to fair business practices and will negotiate settlements based on the percentage of project completion at the time of termination.
Fulfillment & Service Delivery
Service delivery timelines are estimated based on standard project scopes and local permitting approvals. Lee General Contracting LLC ensures fulfillment through rigorous project management and phases as outlined in your Construction Agreement. We guarantee that all work meets or exceeds North Carolina building codes and specific licensing requirements (NC License #96405).
